Jason Buss joined The Green Mountain Club in 2014 and serves as Chief Financial Officer. He oversees the Club’s finances, annual budgeting, and financial reporting, and manages the organization’s technology infrastructure. He also works closely with staff, volunteers, and supporters to connect the Club’s finances to its mission on the ground. Before joining the Club, he was Director of Finance and Technology at the Vermont Youth Conservation Corps.
Jason received his B.A. in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of Southern Maine, holds a Certificate of Web Development from Champlain College, and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Marlboro College. He first moved to Vermont at the age of four, now lives in Cornwall, and is building a cabin just a stone’s throw away from the Long Trail in northern Vermont.
