Green Mountain Club staff consist of roughly 12 permanent, year-round employees and 30-40 seasonal employees who work on the trail system each year. We are also supported by a dedicated group of volunteer leaders that make up our Board of Directors.

Our Board of Directors are volunteers who devote a great deal of their time and energy to the organization. They serve on committees, volunteer their time on and off the trail, and spend countless hours working to protect and maintain the Long Trail System.
